Yes! You can cancel your membership at any time in you Vaper Dudes customer account portal. If you cant figure out how to cancel your membership please email info@vaperdudes.com.

Also, please do not call, you will only be redirected to email us about your cancelation!

Important Note* As soon as you request to cancel you membership your discounts and benefits will be turned off immediately. We strongly suggest canceling your membership a day or two before your monthly membership cycle reactivates. We are in the office Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm EST.

You will be billed once a month on the day you initially subscribed to our VIP membership program.

For example; if you subscribed on May 19th, you will only be billed on May 19th and not billed again until June 19th.

No! There is currently no restrictions on any products in this VIP membership program.

In the future it is possible we will add in restrictions on certain products if we feel they are being intentionally abused. You also will be notified via email prior to any new restrictions.

Unfortunately, VIP members will not be able to use any existing discount codes or holiday promotions on any futures orders while being a VIP member.

We have decided to eliminate the use of any other discounts while being a VIP member because the discount would be to great and we would not be able to continue to operate!
